Nominations Committee
The Nominations Committee was formed in July 2006. It comprises two non-executive Directors, currently James Noble and Richard Forrest, under the chairmanship of Dr Geoffrey Guy. It will meet at least twice a year and reviews the structure, size and composition of the Board, supervising the selection and appointment process in relation to Directors, making recommendations to the Board with regard to any changes. For new appointments, the Nominations Committee will make a final recommendation to the Board, which will have the opportunity to meet the candidate prior to approving the appointment.
